Got on a 45 min zoom call. Interviewer seemed distracted and not prepared. Said I would hear back that day and never did. Got a call a few days later saying HR would call me that day and never did.

It was easy and quick. conversation with owner. Did initial phone interview then meet in person at Venture X. Basic and standard questions. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Heard back pretty quickly
