I interviewed for a secretarial role last August and my experience was quite disappointing. I was given very short notice (2 days before the schedule date) for the interview, which made it challenging to arrange my time and prepare adequately just because they need a fast replacement for their staff who would be leaving in two weeks. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of follow-up after the interview. Despite being PROMISED an update, I haven't heard anything since. This lack of communication leaves a negative impression and raises concerns about their professionalism.
