The first round was conducted by the HR, focusing mainly on formalities and general introductory questions. While most of the questions felt basic and not very relevant, the HR did ask about my expected stipend, which I answered accordingly.
The second round was a technical interview with the lead developer. He thoroughly reviewed my resume and asked questions based on the content I had listed. After a brief discussion, he assigned me a task to design a web page containing a form, considering the company's B2B nature.
Although I couldn't fully complete the code during the session, I clearly explained the approach I would take, including the technologies I would use. The interviewer appreciated the explanation and moved on to discussing work shift timings. This was followed by a proper technical task.
The final task was to create a landing page design using HTML and CSS. I chose to implement the layout using Tailwind CSS, which helped me speed up the development. The design wasn't pixel-perfect but was good enough to showcase my skills and convince the interviewer of my capabilities. It took me approximately 1.5 hours to complete the task.
After completing all the rounds, I was informed that I could leave.
