Interview
Two interviewers, they are professional and friendly. Coding part was simple, just using OO approach. But 85% of tech questions were limited to JAVA8 features. They were not very familiar with big data infrastructure and rps control design stuff, only interested if you know the java8 new concepts. IMHO, that's not the best way to testify a candidate. Coding is about the mindset, not to a specific version of programing language. Language would evolve, mindset won't. And I hope they would aware of that.

Interview
HM called initially to discuss the job duties and the team and then he scheduled a phone conversation with one of the team members. That call went well which was mostly about the technologies I used and the ones they use. Then HM (hiring manager) scheduled me for an onsite. I had F2F interviews with all members of the team at a time for a couple of hours. HM called me and offered the position after I went outside the building.
