Interview
I was contacted by an outside recruiter who has set me up for an interview with the corportate HR representative. She has ask me generic behavioral questions as well as questions about my expectations and goals - usual HR stuff - and let me know that the hiring manager was on vacation until the next month so I've been put on hold until the end of his vacation so I can be interviewed by him
After the month has passed I've waited for several weeks and had gotten zero further updates from Verint. I consider that not professional to make a candidate wait for an interview and not give any updates even in an obvious case they have decided to go forward with other candidates.

What are the qualities that make a good securiy researcher?
They had me answering 6 pages of test-like questions, which is weird.
The attitude was a bit off.
Before that was a challenge to do at home, which was not in trivial difficulty at all.
