they will select waste people only.lots of politics during selections. interviewers are old age people who have no knowledge on current technologies.

30 mins phone interview. It was not that hard. First ask you some concept see if you are familiar with any of those. then ask a few questions, like what is the difference of function parameter pass by value and by reference.
