I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Verisk in Mar 2019
Interview
During initial screen with recruiter, she did not know much about the job and couldn't answer my questions. Had video interview with hiring manager and initially received positive feedback from the recruiter that it went well. After few weeks, followed up with recruiter who did not have an update and said would follow up with hiring manager. Never heard back. 2 months later received an automated reject letter from their system. Very poor candidate experience, to not get back to someone you've actually interviewed after saying interview went well.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Verisk (Waltham, MA) in May 2013
Interview
I submitted a resume and cover letter and stood out because I had submitted the cover letter. I was then given a call within a day to set up and interview which was very flexible on planning and came in. I met with the head of HR as well as a couple of the associates and was given the offer that night.
