First, you receive an email and then a call from a Talent Acquisition specialist. They ask you about your salary expectations and a notice period. The call was from a UK based number and that was billable for me. So I asked to re-arrange it using some other way of communication.
Then you are supposed to have a technical interview. In my case, I had to wait for 10 days to have an interview. During the interview I was asked different kind of questions about my previous experience, previous employer, etc. Also, I was asked to solve a few logic puzzles (not related to software testing). I had a negative impression and felt quite stressed after the interview because I thought that some questions and the interviewer's attitude were not adequate. I felt like that interview was just a waste of time, moreover, in late evening my local time. After that I didn't receive any feedback at all. And the whole communication with Verisk Analytics stopped at that point.
I thought that was just a waste of time. And my experience confirmed the feedback I had read about that company before.
