I was approached by a recruiter after I posted my resume online. Recruiter did little screening and scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was a standard linux interview questions, work experience etc. After the phone screening it took 4 days to get a face-to-face. Lots of technical questions on F2F but mostly about the past work experience.
