Interview
The interview process with company was like none I’ve experienced before. It is 100% virtual and a group of about 30 people. I was considered how effective a group interview would be but this was awesome. There was a team engagement exercise and actual interview questions that we could answer directly from our phone using a qr code. Very unique. I was pleased with the HR.

Question 1
The interview questions were behavioral and personality questions. The Interviewer was very transparent and encouraged us to be ourselves, where as in most interview you feel a need to impress the interviewer, she was welcoming and pleasant. She even encouraged us to grab a glass of wine or water during the interview. Unbelievable.
