Interview
The entire process was definitely one of the best.
From the initial phone screening to the various 1:1 interviews scheduled, it felt personal and open. Not only did HR check in after each interview, it was also one where I could ask questions as well. Instead of the typical interview questions, it was genuine and conversational.
As much as Versapay is looking for a fit, they allow the candidate to also ensure that they too have the opportunity to assess for a fit!

Interview process was fast. Started with. Phone screening then 3 regular rounds taking to different people within the company that I would be working with on a day-to-day basis. This was all within a week and recieved an offer. Very efficient and lots of communication.

The entire interview process was one of the best I've ever come across. They were quick to respond and accommodating. HR would also reach out after you finished an interview to check in to see how it went.
It wasn't the same dull questions over and over again. It was great to be able to converse and find out more about the company instead of just question-answer back and forth.
Although it was a relatively brief interaction with the company, the first word that I think about the people is: genuine.
