Started with a corporate recruiter e-mailing, then a call with the recruiter. After that, a call with one of their partners, and I eventually had what was a 'phone screening' with one of their technical leads. The phone screening was absurdly sterile and pointless, and lacked any personality - it reminded me of corporate culture. The gentleman asked questions that indicated he not only had no experience in agile/devops workflow, but then disputed my responses as 'not from his experience'. Even basic things like 'not building silos' and keeping things as disposable as possible were concepts he was not familiar with, in 'his experience'.
