HR arranged phone interview with hiring person. I visited the site and went through a rushed, constantly interrupted interview for an urgent position fill. When I mentioned that I had no formal info on salary, I received a "We'll get back to you". Reached out twice to multiple contacts for status, no reply. Very unprofessional. Worse interview process I've ever experienced. Vessel made an awful impression as a potential employer.
