The interview was set up with an external recruiter who could have been a bit more coordinated during the interview. The two people I met with at Vested could not have seemed less interested. One word answers without much explanation to the questions I asked. I was given the feedback that my answers came off as "too rehearsed" and that I've been interviewing heavily. I'm glad this is a firm that makes pre-emptive judgments as I think I've had 2 interviews in the past year total. As an aside, they didn't take kindly to my two-minute late arrival. I came from my real job where I had to finish things up and relied on the oh so wonderful MTA transit system. And lastly, for a firm that preaches culture, I asked them to name what they like best about working there and why their culture is so strong and I got hummms and ahhhs the entire time while they scrambled. Avoid this firm at all costs. More or less a shiny trash bag.
