The interview process for me was virtually non-existent. I got an email one day stating that I was hired on to a local veterinary practice, without speaking to a manager at all. After coming in for orientation, I was asked to complete a "working interview," but this was after I was hired on at my wage. It was quite a strange experience.

I was asked to come for an interview because my current employer was friends with the manager and they wanted me to get a job, no resume requested, no application, I chatted with the manager and was hired on the spot.
