Interview
You have to answer a few online questions asking why you would suit the role.
Then you will have a phone interview - mine lasted an hour. Because of Covid it is Zoom rather than just phone, usually, I think, they would then have you in for a physical interview. Interview based on competencies and a 'get to know you'.
