Beware of being ghosted. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! Initial communication was good. Overall process lasted about 6 weeks which is a lot longer than I would have expected. Started with an initial phone interview with lead dev, then a face to face with lead dev and senior director of operations. Then a very extensive at home assessment. It wasn't too difficult, but it was time consuming. Then there was a second face to face interview with the same two people. I was told that the time frame for them making a decision at this point was 1-2 weeks tops. I followed up after two weeks and never heard back. I followed up again a few more times before realizing that they were ghosting me. This was a huge waste of time. A simple "We've decided to not move forward with you" is all that was needed instead of ghosting someone after taking up 6 weeks of their time.
