Viability interview questions

Over a six-week period, I completed a three-stage interview process with Viability, Inc., designed to assess alignment, capability, and long-term project commitment. The process began with an HR prescreen focused on mission alignment and organizational fit, followed by a technical team interview that evaluated my skills, project experience, and ability to support ongoing initiatives. The final stage was a strategic meet-and-greet with the President and CEO, centered on vision, leadership expectations, and the role’s impact on advancing Viability’s mission of inclusive community support. This comprehensive process provided valuable insight into the organization’s priorities and work that blends operational excellence with mission-driven service.
