You are invited to an interview alongside group activities such as selling a product from the shop and giving a tour of the museum during the assessment centre day. It is all manageable and they just want to see that you can communicate to the public.

There were two stages, an initial in-person interview at the museum with two people. This was followed by a Teams meeting where I did a pre-prepared presentation and was asked follow-up questions.
2 group tasks + presentation to everyone. 15 people in total.
A visitor-centred task and a shop floor task.
This was followed by a very short interview. In total it was about 1.5 hours.
