The number one rule for interviews to me are BE CONFIDENT, but NOT COCKY. Also, ALWAYS SMILE! After the great interview. I was heading home and got a call twenty minutes later hired. I brought a portfolio with my cover letter, resume, and references. Also, I made a copy of my licence and social so they didn't have to. They liked how organized I was they told me. I dressed nicely, I wore a collared shirt long sleeved, tucked in with nice dress slacks and tie. Make sure your you look the part for the job like trimmed nails, no piercings, cover any tattoos, and clean groomed. ALWAYS go on the companies website to know what the environment will be like.
