Basically, taking a Scientology personality test before you even talk to anybody. Then, several levels of screening all the way to the top to make sure you are not against that "religion." Completely unprofessional and even menacing-sounding. Creepiest interview I've ever had. Needless to say, I ran for the hills after that.
