A recruiter from Viacom called me and it was one of the worst interview experiences I've had in 15 plus years of being in this business. She was late and then yelled at me after about five minutes for having my resume in order of relevance to the job itself. She demanded that I change it and in followup emails was extremely unprofessional. I removed myself from the pool. I assume this kind of treatment is going to leave this company alienating its most diverse and agile candidates. I really believed in this brand and have followed it since the start, but this wasn't worth being yelled at for.
