Interview
I was contacted by one of Videodesign employee that does talent scouting, and asks me to send an email about my proficiency and portfolio regarding animation. And then the interview was a voice call and mostly they asks me to explain my own project that's in my portfolio.

They asked about how i manage my own project that results in the portfolio that i shown them, for example "how manages the project, what is the team, who makes the illustration, how long was the project timeline. and what is unique and challenging about the project"
