Here’s what I know I didn’t apply a recruiter reached out to me on a different job board Have an interview coming up soon What the recruiter told me it was about 30 to 40 minute convo 1 company credit car for gas 350 credit card for oil changes and tires 2 company phone laptop 3 need a space to store your inventory 4 on call will be alternated between you and RT weekly 5 2hr coverage range 6 equipment is like a 20- 30 min setup 7 pay is 20 an hour plus 10 commission per setup 25 for late or on call set ups 8 you have drive your own car 9 30-50 patients 10 you will go to patients home or to the hospital for setups 11 one week training at HQ another week training with an in field trainer 12 training expense pay for they will pay for you to fly or drive to Louisiana good cover with dinner being reimbursed hotel covered 13 revenue share bonus 2x a year 14 will have to bring nebulizer equipment to RTs 15 yearly checks on patients 16 he said company pays like 90 percent of medical and 100 percent of dental vision 17 I inquired about a storage unit to keep inventory in he said he believes the company would pay for it 18 will have to keep order you own supplies 19 tracked down paperwork and signatures 20 he did mention if a patient have a issue with there permanent oxygen machine you could hand them use the portable until the next day to cut down on late calls 21 my interview consist of 2 RTs i assuming one is like an area manager or something it’s a zoom interview
