Interview
I went in and asked if they were hiring. I was given an application and told to return the next day. I returned and interviewed. I was hired on the spot. We did not really talk about anything, just life in general. Should have picked up on how quickly they were hiring (hence the massive turn-over). Training seemed legit, but came to find out that management talked a good game about rules and expectations, but has little to no follow through.

Interview
First interview was a personality check to make sure you had the people skills. Second was the actual work related questions asking aboht previous experience and if I would be a good fit.
