The process was smooth. I went thru 3 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, case study and psychometric testing and as well met an owner of the company which is always a huge plus. No weird corporate interrogation vibes. more of a normal conversation about my experience, what I’m looking for, and whether the role actually makes sense for both sides.
