The process was pretty straight forward and the hiring manager kept in touch to give updates on the next step. She was super friendly and asked probing questions that helped with restructuring how you might have answered the question earlier. She sought clarity and was overall helpful.

Written exam on a case study requring analytical skills. I was given materials that I had to work on for days and send back before the indicated deadline. Before the written test, I participated to an introductory interview and after the test I had another round of interviews with my future supervisor and the vice president.
