I received an email outlining the recruitment process. Regrettably, the tone of the email came across as brusque and impersonal, lacking the warmth one might expect from an organization known for its commitment to social impact. I was given a case study, it was only after reaching out to remind them about the pending case study that I received the material. Yet, following the submission of my work, there was a deafening silence. No acknowledgment of receipt, no indication of whether my application was being considered, and certainly no feedback on the case study.

Intro call was held by one of the senior managers and took a basic intro. Post interview, he told that he would share the assignment. There will be a couple of rounds after the submission of assignment, based on the assessment of the assignment. I never received the assignment and no response to followups. Bad communication!
