Interview
Laidback interview, with a friendly person. I waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes with another candidate. Then I was called in. The entire thing took about 20 minutes total.

Interview
Just your typical sales job you see all the time on job boards. I was offered the 2nd round interview right away which sent me to a Sams and see how they work, so that's when I knew the job wasn't great. My round 3 never happened but I learned pay rates ($10 hr or commission) and schedules later but did not come back to the company. The people working were friendly, but the company is just one of those that prey on people to work as basically MLM telling you that you will have your own business in a year and blah blah, but at least this one works indoors. If you have a college degree I wouldn't waste my time because spending 4 years at a great school to end up selling DirecTV at Sam's Club is not really a good life decision.

Interview
Went in for the first interview, fairly quick and easy. Scheduled a second interview which was more intense. Got to go out on the job site and see what a normal work day looked like.
