HR reached out for the interview invite, and thereafter attended together with BA lead for the 1st round interview. BA lead will simulate a scenario as a test for BA skills. Generally it was quite okay.

They gave a scenario, acted as the client, and let you ask them questions for the requirement scoping. After that, they asked you to summarise and present the high-level functional requirements.
HR reached out via LinkedIn firstly, and then she asked some general questions, such as "why do you want to change the job?" After a few questions, she thus scheduled an interview time. Subsequently, the interview is carried out with the team lead, together with HR.
