Interview process was very simple and good communication. To be expected as this is a small company and so the HR department is outsourced to a well known national resource management company. The feeling I get from Viper is everyone is happy and enjoy being there. The negative with Viper is I don’t actually think they wants to hire for this position. The amount of time and energy applicants put into applying and interviewing is huge (as with any job)!! So I recommend applicants for this position move past. I believe this company is using applicants as training for their employees on the interview process with no intentions to hire anyone. This specific position alone has been posted on Glassdoor and expired at least 4 times with nobody hired.
