Virginia Employment Commission interview questions

Amazing and very smooth.They were very interactive and made me feel comfortable.Behavioral questions were asked.They we're very impressed with my answers.Great organization to begin my career with.I am excited and nervous.

I applied online through VA government website. I was not expecting to be contacted so quickly but less than two weeks I received a call to set up an interview. The interview was scheduled one week out and was done via phone. It was a three panel interview with the manager and two other team members. They email you the questions 15 minutes before the interview. They asked the questions in order as it appears on the sheet. They were very friendly and sweet in the interview. I was not given an exact time frame on when I will hear back but I figured about two weeks. I knew there might have been some reservations because I was out of state. A week later I accepted another job offer in Maryland then the next week I got the rejection email for this position. I guess it is true when one door closes another one open.
