Interview
Very open ended and great interview process! Asked questions based upon my experience and how I could apply it to the job. Explained in full the duties that I will be expected to carry through and gave me a great outlook on the opportunities the Port has to offer.
Initial phone screening followed by a panel interview that included roughly 10 individuals from varying departments. The interview only lasted about 30 minutes and included both background information about who you are, your experience and a few behavioral interview questions.

Informative, organized, professional. Staff was very open as to what to expect, expectations, and growth opportunities. There was no shortage of transparency between interviewees and questioning brought along. I was highly impressed with the professionalism they brought in handling the entire process.
