Interview
CV was sent through to Virgo and I was then offered an initial interview. Following this, I was offered a second interview with a test I had to complete prior to this. The first interview was very positive but following the second interview I was told I didn't have enough experience and actually should be demoted which I felt to be not constructive feedback.

Call with their talent recruitment team (1st interview) 1 hour - discuss experience
Call with department leads (2nd interview) 1 hour - Deep dive into experience with set questions. Typical interview questions such as what work donyou enjoy doing, favourite campaign worked on, are you a team player
