I do have an offer with me and i had got a call from virinchi HR and explained in detailed manner to them and asked to my expected package, they said they are ok with that. They interviewed me and they are ok with my interview and asked to wait outside our HR will contact with you, After one hour their HR came and we will update you that discussion is going on and after two days i called them and asked what about my interview status they said it is hold regarding my expected package. see this is the scenario they are making fun on people and playing why should they are ok with my package at initial stage during scheduling interview and after interview why should my status gone into hold state. Virinchi is the waste company for the people who are talented and searching for the jobs prefer for the reference over there, that too don't expect package what you seek.
