I came in for a sit down interview with the Hiring Manager for a preliminary interview. I was asked questions about myself, then described the daily duties and growth potential, and was invited back for an observational interview. We went to a nearby Home Depot so I could visually see the process, which I enjoyed, then returned to the office for a final interview, where I was quizzed on the second round.
