Simple interview process. First interview was an assessment of possible retention and discussion about past projects with HR and the hiring manager. 2nd interview was in person then I received an offer.

I came to Vishay to wait for some time for interview. Kablan provided a transfer to the spot. We discussed all process, salary, schedule and I met with my collegaues

It took place on campus. The interviewer was a process engineer for vishay. He asked me some relatively simple questions about my resume since I didn't have much on it. The whole process lasted roughly 30 minutes
