Vision Healthcare Senior .NET Developer interview questions

I had a second-round on-site interview that turned out to be one of the most unprofessional experiences in my 13-year career. The interviewer brought a piece of source code and tried to challenge me on SOLID principles, but when I asked about basic OOP relationships (composition, aggregation, association), it became clear he wasn’t familiar with these fundamentals. The atmosphere became tense after that! He then left the room twice to take phone calls, leaving me sitting in silence for several minutes each time. There was no structure, no explanation, and no clear purpose to the interview. After about 1 hour and 15 minutes, it ended without any conclusion or indication of what was being evaluated. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of my time, and not at the level expected for a senior engineering process. I hope they improve their interview structure and ensure interviewers are prepared — both technically and professionally.
