Applied on line, and received a phone interview within two weeks. Then called to interview on site. While waiting in the lobby, the Business Development Manager came out, glared at me, and walked away. During the interview, the HR Manager was engaging and positive. The Business Development Manager continued her glaring, sat there with arms crossed, and was very unprofessional. From her conduct, I knew this would go no further and I was surprised someone in her position would display such a demeanor. A month later, I was hired by another company.
