Interview

Easy going collaborative interview with most of technical leads for the company. Personal and technical. No phone screen just straight to the board room. Interesting company tackling interesting problems. I ultimately did not get the offer but I know the person who did and that is encouraging.

Brief, casual, and friendly. Not very difficult questions. Mostly asked to review examples of the work I would be doing and asked for my opinions. None of the "typical" interview questions i.e. "What's your biggest weakness?"
