Visiting Nurse Health System interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter, face to face interview with hiring manager and the last interview is with one of the Vice Presidents. It's usually a quick process and decisions are made very quickly.

I was contacted by the recruiter for an interview. Initial interview was cancelled at last minute. Recruiter was nice about it and rescheduled. My second interview was awful. I arrived on time and saw a few people standing outside smoking in the parking lot. After sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes, the smokers came back in and interviewed me. I was interviewed by 2 people who were borderline rude to me. They would ask a question and then cut me off and move to the next question. Interview lasted less than 20 minutes and as I was leaving I heard them say "yeah, I'm ready to get out of here, let's go for the day". Clearly they'd already picked someone and my interview was because they HAD to do it despite having someone already picked. They made that abundantly apparent. Waited for 50+ minutes for a 15 minute interview. As a professional with a graduate degree, I've never been treated like this in an interview. Even if they called me offering a job, I probably wouldn't take it because I didn't feel respected from beginning to end.
