I had quite a pleasant experience. They were very thorough in breaking down points with-in my CV and I believe were quite impressed with my assessment. I made sure to cover as much of my knowledge as possible (and relevance) in the assessment. I then used the strategies I took in the assessment to support answers I gave in the interview. Had a phone screen and 1 interview with the senior Dev lead and head of product delivery. They knew what they wanted and knew how to structure their questions to get their answers. It is important to note that this is really only possible if you assist in giving topics to ask about (flaunt your competencies and skills in your CV so they may be used as talking points).
