Interview
Original Interviewer was great, really great people, seemed like a busy upbeat place to work with loads of wonderful characters and some really talented photographers in their own right.
Interviewed with 2 people, sales manager and HR, both were very relaxed with great interview style. Lots of opportunity to ask questions. I believe both have since moved on. After interview process things were still great. New HR personal was really terrible, was not there to assist employees at all. Fabricated stories were taken as truth, with no questions or opportunity to offer evidence proving otherwise. Quite disappointing to see their HR dept go down hill so far.

Interview
I was called and asked some questions about my knowledge in the industry. Pretty standard phone call, imo. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. There were two managers from the store and someone else (can't remember her job). They asked me questions about my last few jobs, what I did, and if I'd be available every second Saturday. Wasn't an amazing conversation, just standard.

They asked me about how I would generate a client roster, which I thought was strange. It's retail! Customers come to you, right?
