Had a two-on-one interview with two people: co-founder and product guru. There was no real format, just going over my history and testing skills. As far as the technical side of the interview went, they were very happy with me. But apparently I wasn't a good fit culturally because I was "too prepared". WTF? Maybe I intimidated them with the questions I asked them...? Who knows.
