When we move forward with someone, it means we strongly believe they are the perfect match for the role. This also means we have to say no to some great candidates along the way. Regarding the questions, they help us balance technical review with self-reflection - we're glad to hear you enjoyed the whiteboard challenge! We definitely agree that personal feedback is a great practice and we would want to be able to share it with every candidate. As a fast-moving startup, we're still working on how to balance that with the high volume of applications we get. Please note that whilst we don't share feedback with many candidates by default, we will always share thorough feedback when requested.
