It was an one to one interview through teams meet with the Head of Operation. There should be at least two rounds of interview though I failed to enter second round.

Brief 15 min phone call, felt like a preliminary screening. Super friendly, casual but still professional. Generic interview questions, such as why vitl, tell me a bit about yourself, then was asked to do a take home test after. Still waiting to hear back from test
