I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vivax Pros (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
I did a 30 minute phone interview initially and was offered an opportunity to come down to a informational meeting. That was roughly an hour and a half where 8 of us did a 1 to 2 minute introduction, then were told about the company and the job duties. I did not got a chance at an interview in spite of being very qualified for the position. Without knowing anything about me other than my age and appearance I was not asked in for an in person interview. Nor was I given a reason why I was not interviewed for a position which I was very qualified for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Vivax Pros (Carrollton, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
After you submit your application, they typically reach out to schedule a brief phone interview. If that goes well, you’ll be invited to participate in a group interview with a small group of about three candidates.
During the group interview, they provide more detailed information about the company and the specific role. If you remain interested after that conversation, they’ll ask you to write a short “why” letter explaining why you’re a strong fit for the position and the organization.
From there, they’ll contact you to schedule a final interview with the hiring team. They may mention that you’ll hear back within about a week regarding their decision, although I’ve heard back within just a few days.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interview, they ask about your previous work experience and the accomplishments you’re most proud of. They also want to understand how you would handle a demanding but flexible schedule, and what motivates you to stay driven and productive without constant supervision.
Additionally, since the role involves spending a significant amount of time outdoors, they’ll ask whether you’re comfortable working outside and able to handle those conditions consistently.
I made it all the way to the final interview with the company. The process was thorough and detailed. The first interview, is in fact a group interview. Everyone was so kind, and I had no complaints up until the end. Every interview was in person and I did four. They each took an hour and I would drive to their office, and take off from work to do so. At the end, I wasn’t chosen but I got a very copy and paste email saying I wasn’t picked with no feedback or response when I asked. To ask someone to drive for four in person interviews, to then not respond seemed a bit off putting. Maybe that’s just me though!
