ViviRooms interview questions

I interviewed in January. Interviews took 1 week. First round was technical. Second round was a test. Third was the negotiation. After negotiation I got the confirmation on 1st February to expect an offer letter from them. But never got it. On further discussions they sent me confirmation 3 times till February 26, 2024. But never sent the offer letter. This is highly unprofessional. I wanted to join immediately, but I saw this first time that the company wants you to join after 2 months because they have not started with their product. They wanted all the developers to join at the same time(like a gathering), which never works that way. So I can conclude poor management.
