Interview
The first stage was creating a game pitch at home and sending it to the company. Then, I was invited for an interview at their office. They asked a lot of general questions about my knowledge of the industry, what games I liked and how I would approach some designing. Great atmosphere, nice people.
It went smoothly. I applied by company's website and I was invited after one week. First step is screening with HR - nice talk with a lot of information about company, benefits, work methods. Just simple, general question about previous xp, availibility, salary expectations, tools, ect. Nothing technical. Next was an interview with Product Owner from the team who is also a game designer. It was more in-depth interview.
