I don't usually write reviews like this, but I think it's worth mentioning and would advise Vix to take this as feedback and advice for future applicants.
Firstly, the positive feedback:
The people I have interviewed with were very friendly and engaging. Including my internal contant. The technical side of the interview felt comfortable and natural.
However,
I took part in a total of 4 stages over the span of 2 Months! Which seemed incredibly un-pragmatic.
The internal person who I was arranging the interviews with seemed to be quite un-organised and failed to reply or arrange things within the appropriate times (despite giving me continued support and positive feedback throughout the process). The process ended with myself being ghosted. No feedback or automated email to let me know the application was unsuccessful.
The main takeaway here is that everything was going smoothly, until all of a sudden it wasn't. No explanation to why. The process shouldn't have taken 2 months to complete, which I felt as though was a factor on why they ghosted me,

Question 1
First, there was a short 15 minuite call with the internal agent that will be guiding you through the process.
The first proper interview was a relaxed technical talk over teams with the team in Australia, A very friendly bunch.

Second interview was another technical interview with the Manchester team. They were very friendly and engaging. The format was not too much disimilar to the first techical interview.
It was also mentioned that Vix may review some of my portfolio work on my Github.
Finally, if successful, there would have been a face to face interview in the Manchester office.

Interview
After receiving the inivtation of the phone interview, the recruitment team confirms the time of the phone interview with me. However, sadly, after half an hour waiting, there was no call from anyone. Clearly, I am ignored by this company recruiment team. It is really pathetic and irresponsible for this kind of thing because failing to attend to an arranged interview without any explanantion email is a complete insult to a job seeker. More importantlt, it reflects the chaotic situation in their management system and ignorance to the interviewees. So, I do not recommend any one of job seekers to apply for this company. Even if you are hired, the lack of proper management system can be your pain in the career path. Trust me.
